Located at High Tech Campus Eindhoven, SCIL specializes in nanoimprint lithography equipment for high-volume production of devices like AR smart glasses, lasers, biosensors, and metalenses for smartphones. The technology, originating from Philips Research, offers cost-effective solutions compared to alternatives like DUV and EUV tools. With this funding, SCIL aims to accelerate global deployment, scale its business, and strengthen its position as an industry leader.
