Epiphany is looking for a Photonic Design Engineer to expand its team. Are you passionate

Your Responsibilities:

• Design and simulation of photonic integrated circuits using industry-standard design

tools.

• Optimization of PIC layouts for performance, manufacturability, and reliability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver

high-quality designs on schedule.

• Characterization and testing of fabricated PICs to validate performance

specifications.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Photonics, or a related field.

• Strong background in photonics, semiconductor devices, and integrated circuit

design.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in simulation tools (e.g. Lumerical, RSoft)

• Experience with layout tools such as Synopsys tools, IPKISS or GDSfactory.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Fluent in English

• Experience in Python, C++ and XML is a plus.
