Tijdens het bezoek bespraken de Koningin en de andere deelnemers de sterke positie op het gebied van fotonica en wat er nodig is om die positie te behouden en uit te breiden. Simone Cardarelli (MicroAlign) liet de Koningin het lab zien waar MicroAlign werkt en de demo.
