Zij voegen zich bij hun Fellow Member collega's en worden ge\u00eberd voor hun technische prestaties, maar ook voor hun diensten aan de optica en fotonica gemeenschap en aan SPIE. Waaronder ASML Director of System Engineering Jan Van Schoot en ASML Research EUV Program Manager Mark A. van de Kerkhof; Fellows zijn leden van de Society die significante wetenschappelijke en technische bijdragen hebben geleverd op het multidisciplinaire gebied van optica, fotonica en imaging. Sinds de oprichting van de Society in 1955 zijn bijna 1.800 SPIE-leden Fellows geworden.
