Dit zijn technologie\u00ebn die veelbelovend zijn in de academische wereld en ook een groot toepassingspotentieel hebben. De Universiteit Twente heeft het erg goed gedaan met hun aanvragen, want drie van de negen hoofdaanvragers zijn UT-hoogleraren. Dit zijn Sonia Garcia Blanco, Severine le Gac en Wilfred van der Wiel, allen verbonden aan het onderzoeksinstituut MESA+. Volgens NWO kunnen deze publieke en private partners met de baanbrekende projecten een volgende stap zetten in hun ontwikkeling.
