Le projet PATTERN d'Horizon Europe d\u00e9veloppera les premiers kits de conception de processus et d'assemblage (PDK & ADK) au monde pour la photonique micro-ondes \u00e0 ultra-hautes fr\u00e9quences (100+ GHz) ainsi que de nouvelles m\u00e9thodes d'int\u00e9gration h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8ne de mat\u00e9riaux \u00e0 gain III-V (par exemple InP) et de pilotes BiCMOS avec des plateformes \u00e9lectro-optiques et non-lin\u00e9aires telles que le niobate de lithium sur isolant (LNOI).
