Ils rejoignent leurs coll\u00e8gues Fellow et sont honor\u00e9s pour leurs r\u00e9alisations techniques, ainsi que pour les services rendus \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9 de l'optique et de la photonique et \u00e0 SPIE. Parmi eux, Jan Van Schoot, directeur de l'ing\u00e9nierie syst\u00e8me d'ASML, et Mark A. van de Kerkhof, directeur du programme EUV d'ASML Research. Les Fellows sont des membres de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qui ont apport\u00e9 des contributions scientifiques et techniques significatives dans les domaines multidisciplinaires de l'optique, de la photonique et de l'imagerie. Depuis la cr\u00e9ation de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 en 1955, pr\u00e8s de 1800 membres de SPIE sont devenus des Fellows.
