Event preparations are progressing well and excitement around Q-Expo 2026 is rapidly building.
What’s new for Q-Expo 2026:
New location: For the first time, Q-Expo will take place in Bilbao, Spain
Extended exhibition: The exhibition will run over both event days this year (18–19 May 2026), in parallel to the plenary program. The extended duration will provide added attendee traffic and more visibility for all exhibitors.
Fully equipped booths: All booth packages include infrastructure, furniture, power, Wi-Fi, and printed back-wall graphics
Main Stage Spotlight for early Large Exhibitor sign-ups: This year, the first entities to secure a large booth will receive a 7-minute speaking slot on the Q-Expo main stage during the plenary programme (allocated in order of confirmed registration).
