Participants must register through the form above.

You can transfer your registration to another person via email until the 28 of March. 

• Fees and Payments:

Any registration fees must be paid by the specified deadline.

Fees cover accommodation, participation, materials, and specified meals.

• Delivery Information:

An email will confirm the Final Registration after the payment is received.

All correspondence will occur through email. Be sure to check your spam folder.

• Cancellation and Refund Policy Information:

After the invoice has been sent, cancellation is not possible.

Harassment or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

• Health and Safety:

Participants are responsible for their health and well-being.

Travel insurance is recommended.

• Intellectual Property:

Do not share confidential information without consent.

• Liability and Indemnification:

Participants assume all risks during the Trade Mission.

PhotonicsNL, SEDI-ATI and Systematic are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage.

Participants indemnify organisers against any claims.

• Visas and Documentation:

Participants must obtain the necessary visas and travel documents.

Check passport validity and visa requirements in advance.

• Transportation and Accommodation:

Organisers will arrange group transportation from pre-agree location and accommodation.

Follow instructions regarding pick-up points and departure times.

• Networking and Business Opportunities:

Participants are encouraged to network and explore partnerships.

Use provided opportunities to showcase products or services.

• Itinerary Changes:

Organisers may modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Participants will be informed promptly of any changes.

• Emergency Contacts:

Participants will receive emergency contact information.

Report any emergencies promptly.

• Media and Photography:

Participants may be photographed or filmed during the event.

If you are part of the Trade Mission, you accept that your image can be used for advertising and social media.

• Feedback and Evaluation:

Participants are encouraged to provide feedback for improvement.

Share experiences and suggestions with organisers.

• Termination of Participation:

Organisers reserve the right to terminate participation for non-compliance with terms.
