Save the date! On 10 December, the PhotonicsNL community is invited to join us for the Winter Edition of Photonics Action Day at the Netherlands Aerospace Centre (NLR).

Join us for an afternoon of networking, knowledge exchange, and an exclusive company tour at NLR at their Marknesse location. Discover how photonics and advanced technologies contribute to aerospace research and innovation, while getting a closer look at NLR’s facilities and activities.

For more than 100 years, NLR has been an ambitious applied research organisation, developing innovative solutions and technical expertise for a more sustainable, safe, efficient and effective aerospace sector.

NLR works with governments and the international business community and operates leading research facilities, field labs, simulators and wind tunnels in Amsterdam and Marknesse.

During the Photonics Action Day, you will have the opportunity to learn more about NLR’s work, explore its facilities, identify opportunities for collaboration, and connect with fellow members of the Dutch photonics community.

Please note: NLR is part of the Dutch government’s defence sector, and therefore registration is subject to specific security requirements.
For the NLR security department, participation is currently limited to those holding a Dutch or EU-issued passport. .
We cannot approve registrations submitted with a non-EU passport under the current security requirements.
